Sol y Mar is the only condo development directly on the Blue Flag beach in beautiful Playa Hermosa. With beautiful architecture, manicured grounds and lush landscaping, it's truly an oasis in the middle of paradise. There are only 11 units. Our unit is in the rear building on the middle floor. This affords this lovely vacation home both privacy and security.  Our condo is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit that sleeps 6. There is a queen bed in master bedroom. Queen bed in the second bedroom. Queen bed in the third bedroom, which is a second master bedroom. Gourmet kitchen, well stocked with all the cooking essentials. Spacious living room with plenty of seating. The dining table inside seats 6. There is a screened in patio off of the master bedroom, which can also be accessed from the main living area. This is a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee/tea or an evening cocktail in a "bug free" outside area. The BBQ Grill located on your private balcony along with an outdoor dining set allow you to enjoy the best of dining alfresco. Should you wish to hire someone to prepare local delicacies in the gourmet kitchen or eat out at one of the many excellent restaurants in town or on the beach, feel free to contact our in-house concierge to assist with your culinary wishes. Enjoy a peek a boo view of the beach and ocean while grilling at our outdoor kitchen. Don't want to eat in? No problem, since there are many fabulous choices within a 5 minute walk. Just walk downstairs, past the beautiful pool and onto the beach. Turn right on the path and you'll soon be enjoying a great meal at one of our local favorite restaurants. There are many! This beauty allows you to be as active as you can imagine on a Costa Rica vacation, or relax thoroughly by the pool or ocean in a setting you'll never forget. Our in-house Concierge is at the ready to assist you with your vacation rental needs to experience all that our lovely country has to offer.
