Located in Blue Flag community of Playa Hermosa; Guanacaste, within the exclusive gated community of Monte Paraiso and behind the private walls of the Casa Cole Compound you will find Casita Cole.  This 1200 Sq Ft, 2 bedroom, 2 bath wonder of classic Costa Rican Design will absolutely charm her guest with her thoughtful and unique amenities. The bedrooms and baths are very spacious and it will be hard to find a better view, especially from the master bedroom. A large living room separates the two en suite bedrooms and adds to the feeling spaciousness. There is nothing small about the casita. There is a fully equipped kitchen ready to assist you in preparing any meals, or for a private Chef. Just outside awaits your private infinity pool with views of the Gulf of Papagayo that will have you reminiscing about the sunsets for years to come. Upon entering the private gates of Casita Cole you turn off onto your own private drive to the casita. Casa and Casita Cole are located in the same property, both homes can be rented separately or together for the same group of guests. If you only rent Casita, you will still have your own private pool, parking and additional amenities such as: Housekeeper included (Housekeeper on the property from 8:15am - 2:00pm, 6 days per week, Mon – Sat), smart TV, Roku TV, hardwired Internet, smoke / carbon monoxide detectors, Magic Jack phone system providing free calls to the US and Canada, basic spices, basic soaps, basic paper products, coffee grinder, rice cooker and a popcorn air popper. *Upon the development of the community of Monte Paraiso, there are some houses under construction near this property. Please note that we recommend to have a 4x4 vehicle to access this rental home.*

Location

Although its location makes Playa Hermosa feel somewhat isolated, the small but well-developed town offers many amenities. Playa Hermosa, which translates to Beautiful Beach, is located in northern Guanacaste Province. Keep in mind that Costa Rica has several beaches named Playa Hermosa, including near Jaco, Santa Teresa, and Uvita, but the one where this lovely home is located is in Guanacaste. The Liberia International is the closest airport, at about 30 minutes away.

I had never rented a property via any online service. We really wanted to go to Costa Rica and could only find a couple of inclusive resorts, which are not my favorite. I found the home we stayed in via VRBO and it was managed by Zindis. The process from putting in my reservation dates to confirmation and payment was simple. From the first day, I was sent emails regarding arrival, pick up needs, auto rental. I even received emails from India, one of the Zindis team members while she was traveling in the Philippines! When we got to the property, we were given a full tour and sat for about 20 minutes talking about different activities to take part in while there. The home was spotless and we had one small maintenance need that was taken care of immediately. I will return to this home again and I will use Zindis for any other reservations in other destinations. The entire family had a fantastic time in the beautiful home. We will definitely be returning.
