This is the perfect property for 3 couples traveling together. The house features 3 master suites. The split bedrooms mean total privacy with a shared indoor/outdoor living space. There is 2 equal master suites, both with indoor and outdoor showers. The 3rd master has it own bathroom and is nicely appointed also.  Multiple water features surround the house giving you a sense of tranquility. Backing onto a private ravine lot, you will enjoy the natural beauty and even a family of howler monkeys occasionally swing by! There is an expansive sliding glass door system in the living room allowing you to have that true indoor/outdoor living experience. The infinity edge pool has a 4 inch deep shelf where you can tan while lying in the water. The sunken fire pit makes for a great lounging and entertaining spot all day/night. There is a built in bbq on the terrace. Pacifico is an exclusive gated community in the middle of town. It is a quick walk to the beach and all the shops, restaurants and local nightlife. Renting this villa, you will also have access to the pools at the condo complex. There are 4 gorgeous pools, hot tub and lounge chairs. If you wish to use the Pacifico Beach club, memberships are an additional cost. Using the facility is optional. Daily ($25/person) fees apply. Please note, there are additional charges for the cabanas and certain seating areas at the club as well. The beach club offers two more infinity pools, a beautiful lounge area, pool service, restaurant and bathrooms right on the beach. The complex offers a free shuttle service from the condos to the beach club 4 times per day. Coco is a really fun town with plenty of flare and amenities for everyone. This is a great place to come home to after exploring all the beautiful sights that Costa Rica has to offer.
