Casa Napoleon is a magnificent brand-new home, 2 floor residence with 4 bedroom, well-appointed in the gated community of Pacifico, Playas del Coco. There are 2 bedrooms with king beds, one bedroom with two single beds and one room with a double bed. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, cookware, utensils and dining table. The spacious living room area with Smart TV and easy access to the private pool is the perfect spot. Complementary WIFI access is part of the home amenities. Relax yourself at the pool with comfortable lounge chairs, having breakfast in the terrace surrounded by nature and a spectacular ocean view. A BBQ Grill is also available for a meal during your stay, also perfect to have a chef to cook or eat out at one of the many excellent restaurants in Playas del Coco. Also, if you are traveling with a child, there is a Pack and Play available for the stay. The beach and town are just a few minutes away to do groceries and visit different shops. Casa Napoleon is your next destination for a wonderful, relaxing and family vacation experience. Guests of Pacifico will also have access to the exclusive Pacifico Beach Club. This is our ocean front amenity space which includes 2 infinity pools overlooking the ocean, loungers, cabana huts, towel service, and food and drink service poolside. There is an additional cost of $25 per person per day to use the facilities. Additionally, you can visit the Pacifico Village shops with restaurants, a bank, a pharmacy and a grocery store for your convenience. Local adventure activities for the whole family, including zip-line canopy tours above the tropical forest, estuary excursions, horseback riding, volcanoes, hot springs and waterfalls are all within an hour drive. Feel free to contact our Activities Desk for assistance. Upon the development of the community of Pacifico, there are some houses under construction near this property. Please note that we recommend to have a 4x4 vehicle to access this rental home

Location

Playas del Coco is a small fishing village turned perfect tourist destination in the last decade. While not a surfing destination itself, the lagoon type beach makes it an ideal spot for enjoying the calm waters and the horseshoe shaped beach that is dotted with small bars and restaurants. There is a single main road through town complete with a variety of dining areas and quite a lively music and bar seen in the evening. Playas del Coco is approximately a 30 minute drive from the Liberia Airport.

Had the pleasure of staying at Casa Napoleon. The house was everything we had hoped for - and the view, just spectacular. My family of 4 stayed for 2 weeks and we had plenty of room, the kitchen was well stocked, the WiFi worked well as did the ACs. The pool was a nice option and stayed nice and cool for a refreshing dip in the pool. Be aware, the property is up a very steep hill, so you will need a car or golf cart, and is a good 5 mins drive to the beach and 7-8 mins to the beach club. Near all the restaurants and grocery store via car:. Would highly recommend the property and the location. One small note - the house is near ongoing construction (other homes being built) and so early morning there is some noise from the trucks coming and going, but did not really bother us.
