Playa Ocotal and Playas del Coco are a small fishing village turned perfect tourist destination in the last decade. While not a surfing destination itself, the lagoon type beach makes it an ideal spot for enjoying the calm waters and the horseshoe shaped beach that is dotted with small bars and restaurants. There is a single main road through town complete with a variety of dining areas and quite a lively music and bar seen in the evening. This location is approximately a 45 minutes drive from the Liberia Airport.

Casa Jazz is a well stocked, modern and comfortable condo. We enjoyed being a block from a gorgeous, quiet beach with gentle waters. There's good snorkeling at the southern end, and fishing tours will pick you up right from the beach. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, airconditioning works very well. All the amenities can be found in this condo. The pool is large and right out the front door. Beautiful grounds, monkeys in the trees out back and central to many day trips. We loved our stay at Casa Jazz!

Vista Ocotal #11 is a great unit! We loved staying there. It has a pool close by and is within walking distance of the ocean. The sunsets from Ocotal Beach are amazing! The setting in Vista Ocotal is beautiful, with tropical plants, flowers, and trees. The monkeys also come to visit once in a while. My parents stayed with us and they loved the birds and the easy access to the pool and beach. The beach restaurant Father Rooster is also very close, an easy walk! The accommodations have been newly updated and were fresh and very comfortable. It is nice that each of the large bedrooms has its own bathroom. The back patio is a nice touch with a grill and seating. We can't wait to come back and rent this Villa again.

My husband and I stayed in Vista Ocotal #11 for 2 weeks from the end of October into November 2022. This condo was very clean and had everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes, utensils, and pots and pans we needed to cook full meals. We were even able to wash our clothes with the included washer and dryer. We loved that every bedroom has its own private bathroom. We stayed in the bedroom on the main floor and our friends stayed in a bedroom upstairs. Our bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We liked that each room had its own air conditioner that kept us comfortable. The location of Vista Ocotal #11 is perfect! It is set within a safe & beautifully landscaped community. We were literally a few steps away from the beautiful swimming pool. We were also a short block walk away from Ocotal beach. We often grabbed the included beach chairs and swim towels and enjoyed the relaxing ocean waves. And while we were there we sometimes enjoyed a delicious lunch or dinner at Father Rooster Restaurant. We loved everything about this condo! We would highly recommend staying here! We will be back!!!!

We were very pleased with the Condo #11 in Vista Ocotal, the grounds are beautifully landscaped with the natural plants of Costa Rica, and maintained very clean. The proximity to the beach was very important and easy to get to, for swimming or taking boat tours and viewing the beautiful scenery in the area. The swimming pool is just out the front door of the condo and always available lounge chairs with plenty of shade. The condo #11 was very spacious with three bedrooms, two upstairs and one down. Plenty of living areas to feel confortable in any area of the house. The cabana by the swimming pool provided plenty of space for special occasions. We will definitely come back and tell family and friends about these pleasant accommodations.
