Located in the exclusive gated community of Pacifico in Playas del Coco, Skyfall is a modern take on tropical living that comfortably sleeps up to 11 people. This house is located on an extremely private lot perched atop a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the surrounding mountains. With over 4,000 total square feet of indoor/outdoor space, this house is designed for large families or couples looking for that perfect, luxury vacation spot. Upon entering the front door, be prepared to be swept away by panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and the beautiful infinity edge pool as seen from the spacious, yet incredibly comfortable living room, dining room, and kitchen in this open-concept home. On the 1st floor, all ocean-view rooms are appointed with large sliding glass doors, creating the complete indoor/outdoor experience. Providing you with a beautiful culinary setting, there is both a well-appointed indoor and outdoor kitchen, each equipped with custom wood cabinetry, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and wine refrigerators. Both indoor and outdoor dining areas take full advantage of the views and are the perfect settings to enjoy meals at home. The infinity edge pool and Jacuzzi make you feel like you are swimming on the edge of the world. While the home’s private pool and jacuzzi are not heated, our sunny, warm days keep them at comfortable temperatures. Luxurious outdoor furniture and loungers make for the perfect place to spend the day soaking in the view. Off the living room, the primary ensuite bedroom is outfitted with a king bed, flat-screen TV, and walk-in closet accompanied by the incredible ocean views. The second bedroom on the 1st level of the home has a large closet with two twin beds that can be converted to a king if desired. There is a full bathroom just across the hall to accommodate this room. Downstairs are two ensuite bedrooms, one with a fantastic ocean view, the other has beautiful mountain views. Both rooms have private access to the outdoor areas, ideal for lounging and taking in the amazing tropical setting. A private casita is also located in the downstairs space. Casitas guests will enjoy a large open living space with a small kitchenette, a gorgeous dining area, and a sofa sleeper to be used as extra sleeping space if needed. The primary casita sleeping area is outfitted with a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom and plenty of storage for your belongings. Being in the coveted Pacifico-Playas del Coco, you have access to the 4 community pools, a large, heated Jacuzzi, a bar, tennis/pickleball courts, and a restaurant. There is a private oceanfront beach club that can be used for a reduced fee. Our Activities Desk is ready to assist you with your vacation rental needs to experience all that our lovely country has to offer. Upon the development of the community of Pacifico, there are some houses under construction near this property. Please note that we recommend to have a 4x4 vehicle to access this rental home.

Location

Playas del Coco is a small fishing village turned perfect tourist destination in the last decade. While not a surfing destination itself, the lagoon type beach makes it an ideal spot for enjoying the calm waters and the horseshoe shaped beach that is dotted with small bars and restaurants. There is a single main road through town complete with a variety of dining areas and quite a lively music and bar seen in the evening. Playas del Coco is approximately a 30 minute drive from the Liberia Airport.

We just returned from an unforgettable trip to Costa Rica and stayed at Skyfall. Truthfully, we could have just stayed at the house and been perfectly happy because everything we needed was right there ! We loved the beautiful indoor and outdoor kitchens to prepare and enjoy own snacks and meals; Bedrooms and bathrooms all were comfortable and afforded us privacy. The best part was the private outdoor pool with fantastic views of the bay and sunset over the mountains. We did tear ourselves away from the house for some excursions that Mauricio helped us plan. We recommend the sunset cruise, the day at Vandara (Explorers Pass) for zip lining, and horseback riding, followed by a trip down the water slide then relaxing in the hot springs ! The scuba divers and snorkelers also went on a couple trips to add scuba certifications. Mauricio was very responsive and helpful at arranging these plans and was flexible to our needs. It was evident he wanted us to have the best trip possible. The entire crew at Zindis - house manager Damien, driver Luis and concierge Mauricio deserve mention for their hospitality. Thank you all for making our trip special.

Unbelievable view and service! Mauricio and his team planned a perfect week of excursions for us. Very responsive in setup, but even more importantly, very flexible when we needed to change plans at the last minute. The property was perfect - newly renovated, very comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, and THE VIEW!! We never needed to leave! The pool was warm, multiple spots to lie, or get shade, or just float, overlooking the bay from sunrise to sunset. Loved it!

Wonderful house, AMAZING view! We had 2 families in the house- 3 adults, 4 kids (ages 12 and 14)- and all agreed it was an amazing week! The house was spacious and comfortable, the outdoor living area exceeded expectations, and the photos don’t do the views justice. Absolutely incredible! The house was centrally located to our various activities and in a very safe location. The driveway is incredibly steep but didn’t require us to use 4 wheel drive. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast daily and have a large family dinner. Check in (and out) was easy. This property is amazing and we definitely hope to return!

Book it, you won't regret it! The patio and pool with beautiful views are only the beginning. Our host Damian went above and beyond to get our food delivered, booked a car service for our excursion, and even replaced a broken TV in like 30 minutes. He must have had one in his truck. The only improvement would be better wi-fi coverage in the downstairs rooms for the teens

Damian made checking in and out extraordinarily easy, and Ian was super helpful in getting rentals and COVID tests set up. Both were wonderful and ultra responsive. Lot 104 is a beautiful home with an unmatched view. Already planning our next trip back.

Damian meet us on arrival. He took us on a quick tour of the house and ran through the basics of what we needed to know. He was always available to answer any questions via email or whats app(download it as it works great for quick answer). Skyfall met all our expectations and then some. We were visiting with our adult children and there was plenty of entertaining space. The pool stayed cool all day even with the constant exposure to the sun. The bbq works great and made for plenty of together time while preparing meals. The rooms are private and well planned to allow for quiet time if anyone needed to get away. The view is awesome and we spent every night enjoying the lights in the bay and having a night cap. We would definitely go back.

Damian was amazing. He met us at Pacifico so that we would not need to drive to Playa Hermosa to check in or out. He was always there to answer questions and help us with anything we needed. Villa Skyfall was a great property. The views were breathtaking morning and evening. Sitting on the patio or in the pool looking out over the water was our favorite thing to do.
