There is a private ocean front beach club that can be used for a reduced fee. This lovely custom home can comfortably sleep up to 11. The house is located on an extremely private lot perched above all the rest of the homes on the street. With over 4000 total square feet of indoor/outdoor space, this house is designed for large families, or couples looking for that perfect and private vacation spot.  As you enter through the main doors, you immediately get swept away by the incredible view of the Pacific ocean as seen from the spacious living room with double height ceilings, flat screen tv and a supreme luxury sofa. Large track doors open all the way giving you the full indoor/outdoor feeling you expect in paradise. The kitchen is equipped with beautiful wood cabinetry, granite countertops, breakfast bar, and stainless steel appliances. The large covered terrace has plenty of seating with comfortable padded sofa and lounge chairs. There is a BBQ with a built in bar and fridge for outdoor cooking. The infinity edge pool and Jacuzzi (non-heated) make you feel like you are swimming at the edge of the world. The master bedroom is located just off the living room with a king bed, flat screen TV and large en suite bathroom and closet. Enjoy waking up to incredible ocean views from this bedroom. The second bedroom has a large closet with two twin beds that can convert to a king bed if desired. There is a full bathroom just across the hall from this room. Downstairs you will find a second master suite with a king bed, en suite bathroom and a great ocean view. The 4th bedroom has beautiful mountain views, a queen bed, en suite bathroom and a sliding glass door walk out. Bedroom number 5 is a studio apartment on the lower level. There you will find a king bed, and a sofa with sofa bed and is able to sleep up to 3. There is an en suite bathroom, large flat screen TV, and wet bar with a mini fridge. The BBQ Grill located poolside along with a well-appointed outdoor dining set allow you to enjoy the best of dining alfresco.
