Come enjoy your Costa Rica vacation experience at Pura Vida Villa; a Luxury, Ocean View, Estate, located in Playa del Ocotal Pura Vida Villa is a stately, 5,500 sq ft home with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. It offers a fantastic covered outdoor entertainment area at over 1,700 sq ft with a pool. It's located on an acre of property and is a short walk to the beautiful beach of Playa Ocotal. Pura Vida Villa is perfect for any family, a group, and multiple families as it provides plenty of space and separate living areas. This luxury villa is big and open with high ceilings, ocean view front deck, and plenty of privacy. There are three large bedrooms & bathrooms upstairs in the main house at 3,200 sq ft and then downstairs, there's a separate apartment at 2,220 that sleeps four comfortably. The first floor apartment has its own kitchen, living and dining areas. There is also another private bedroom suite downstairs with its own bathroom, for a total of five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The entire house has free wireless internet, air conditioning in every room, multiple televisions, and plenty of areas to relax under the tropical Costa Rica sun or play in the pool during the day and star watch at night. Renting at Pura Vida Villa allows you access to your own concierge services contact and a fantastic set of amenities at no additional charge. You'll enjoy The Club at Coco Bay, where there's a fitness, tennis, and pickleball center. The pool at The Club at Coco Bay is a 37-meter tropical style with waterfalls and water slides, a yoga pavilion, and a fantastic restaurant that offers poolside service. In addition to this private club amenity, all guests have access to a private casual beach club in Playa Ocotal, next to world-famous, Father Roosters beachfront restaurant. The beach club offers an infinity ocean view pool, showers, bathrooms. Playa Ocotal is located about one mile from the town of Playas del Coco, which has several grocery stores, dozens of restaurants and bars, fun nightlife, pharmacies, banks, whatever you need. Pura Vida Villa is only 30 minutes from the Liberia International airport (LiR) on all paved roads.

La casa es muy cómoda y grande, me gustó mucho que tiene muy buenos implementos para cocinar y la cantidad necesaria de acuerdo con la cantidad de huéspedes. Nos encantó nuestra estadía en Pura Vida Villa, solamente tomen en cuenta que no es una propiedad apta para discapacitados o personas con problemas de movilidad, ya que tiene muchas gradas. Pero la casa está muy bien, muy cómoda, cerca de la playa y de supermercados.

The place we initially booked cancelled us the morning of our stay, so we booked Pura Vida last minute and couldn't have been happier. Playa Ocotol is gorgeous and and this house with the views was Pura Vida!

We loved the swimming pool because we had our 4 grandkids and this pool has a lot of shade so it was perfect for us the home has a lot of space for a big group, Kevin was wonderful at welcoming us and checking in to see if we needed anything. than you Kevin for being a great host!
