Location

Although its location makes Playa Hermosa feel somewhat isolated, the small but well-developed town offers many amenities. Playa Hermosa, which translates to Beautiful Beach, is located in northern Guanacaste Province. Keep in mind that Costa Rica has several beaches named Playa Hermosa, including near Jaco, Santa Teresa, and Uvita, but the one where this lovely home is located is in Guanacaste. The Liberia International is the closest airport, at about 30 minutes away.

Milena was fantastic to work with on location and Marilyn was very punctual in answering all of my questions via email. A very professional management team! This property has the most amazing views, comfortable beds, adequate beach towels and great Wifi! Zindis Group is very professional and knowledgeable of the area! Enjoy delicious food at the Buzzed Monkey Restaurant which is located on the property and the Tico Tours for your Costa Rican Tours! Walk to the top of the Hermosa Heights Property to experience the full views of Guanacaste Costa Rica

Very responsive. There was a mix-up with the payments but India was very friendly and accommodating. We were able to get into the house early based off of our flight arrival which was also much appreciated. The house is amazing!! I would highly recommend it to anyone who was looking to say in Costa Rica. I thought the pictures were going to set our expectations too high but that was not the case. Everything is perfect (except the shower situation mentioned above).

We were a group of 8 friends who all had a wonderful time at Pica Piedra. What a wonderfully comfortable house! The views were really great, though the monkeys were very absent :) Beaches are all close by, lots of places to go. Restaurants are great. Especially loved Father Rooster and Aqua Beach. Groceries were a little dicey at times, had to be careful, but learned to talk to ex-pats at the beaches and found the butcher, fish guys, shrimps, etc. We thank Zindis for a great time and the ease it was in renting this beautiful house. Definitely consider coming back again.
