Neighborhood
Playas del Coco is a small fishing village turned perfect tourist destination in the last decade. While not a surfing destination itself, the lagoon type beach makes it an ideal spot for enjoying the calm waters and the horseshoe shaped beach that is dotted with small bars and restaurants. There is a single main road through town complete with a variety of dining areas and quite a lively music and bar seen in the evening. Playas del Coco is approximately a 30 minute drive from the Liberia Airport.

Casa Napoleon is a magnificent brand-new home, 2 floor residence with 4 bedroom, well-appointed in the gated community of Pacifico, Playas del CocoThere are 2 bedrooms with king beds, one bedroom with two single beds and one room with a double bed. Fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, cookware, utensils and dining table. The spacious living room area with Smart TV and easy access to the private pool is the perfect spot. Complementary WIFI access is part of the home amenities.
Relax yourself at the pool with comfortable lounge chairs, having breakfast in the terrace surrounded by nature and a spectacular ocean view. A BBQ Grill is also available for a meal during your stay, also perfect to have a chef to cook or eat out at one of the many excellent restaurants in Playas del Coco. Also, if you are traveling with a child, there is a Pack and Play available for the stay. The beach and town are just a few minutes away to do groceries and visit different shops.

Guests of Pacifico will also have access to the exclusive Pacifico Beach Club. This is our ocean front amenity space which includes 2 infinity pools overlooking the ocean, loungers, cabana huts, towel service, and food and drink service poolside. There is an additional cost of $35 per person per day to use the facilities, $25 of which can be used as a food and drink credit. Additionally, you can visit the Pacifico Village shops with restaurants, a bank, a pharmacy and a grocery store for your convenience.
Local adventure activities for the whole family, including zip-line canopy tours above the tropical forest, estuary excursions, horseback riding, volcanoes, hot springs and waterfalls are all within an hour drive. Feel free to contact our Activities Desk for assistance.

This home is located inside Pacifico Properties. The properties have a security gate for entry w an assigned QR code. The house has an open floor plan with a beautiful outside patio and pool overlooking Papagayo bay. Everything inside is modern and pristine and feels like a new build. 5 minute drive from everything you need in Playa del Coco. Close to several awesome beaches and close to a great dive shop (Rocket Frog). You can’t miss w this property. Enjoy Costa Rica everyone!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this home & it exceeded all expectations, for a 2nd time! The property was immaculate, with every detail meticulously attended to, and upon checking in I saw the tail-end of just how hard these folks were working to keep this looking new. The highlight, however, was undoubtedly the breathtaking views of the ocean, which provided a serene backdrop to our entire visit. Additionally, the convenience of being able to easily rent a golf cart from the Pacifico Gallery office assured accessibility to exploring the area. You can easily Uber into this location or take a shuttle, and survive with the golf cart. Overall, I cannot recommend this rental home highly enough for anyone seeking a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. Zindis is very responsive, answered every question, and the host at the home ‘Fabrizio’ is like family – amazing person!

The house was as expected. Everything was clean, updated/new and in superb condition. The house was beautiful and spacious, and the community services and facilities were plentiful. The house is on a steep hill so make sure to rent a car or golf cart. Taxies can be a bit difficult to get during the peak Holiday weeks. Only two things that would make this place truly 5-stars is having kitchen equipped with more dishes (we often ran out of them after a single meal) and a little more responsive/timely concierge. Neither of these are a reason to pass on this house as everyone was very friendly and attentive in general. We highly recommend the house.

This location is beautiful with easy access to the playas del Coco. The view is gorgeous as is the house itself. We loved our time there and wish it could have been longer. The lots close by are under construction because it is a new area being developed, so construction vehicles and noise could be heard only during the day. Lovely location and so comfortable with a/c and bedrooms for all the kids!
