Playas del Coco is a small fishing village turned perfect tourist destination in the last decade. While not a surfing destination itself, the lagoon type beach makes it an ideal spot for enjoying the calm waters and the horseshoe shaped beach that is dotted with small bars and restaurants. There is a single main road through town complete with a variety of dining areas and quite a lively music and bar seen in the evening. Playas del Coco is approximately a 30 minute drive from the Liberia Airport.

Casa Serena is a beautiful, well-maintained home that offers comfort, convenience, and a peaceful atmosphere. This was our second stay, and once again, we’re very pleased to have stayed there. The owners are warm, fair, and accommodating, which adds to the overall experience. The home is fully equipped with everything you need – modern amenities, tasteful decor, and a clean, spacious layout, perfect for families. The Pacifico community is quiet, safe, and located minutes from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Relaxing at Casa Serena feels like a true home away from home. We highly recommend it and hope to return again on our next visit – we would not stay anywhere else, if this home is available.

We had a great stay at Zindis’s Place. We had all the comforts of home. All the beds where very comfortable, nice cold A/C, nice kitchen, and great pool. Home is in a gated community and felt very safe. Auto Mercado, is a grocery store had fresh produce anything one might need, located on the entrances of the community. Damian was very helpful and attentive, made check in and out breeze. Highly recommend and would stay again.
