Neighborhood
Although its location may make the Blue Flag village of Playa Hermosa feel somewhat isolated, the small but well-developed town offers many amenities. Playa Hermosa, which translates to Beautiful Beach, is located in northern Guanacaste Province. Keep in mind that Costa Rica has several beaches named Playa Hermosa, including near Jaco, Santa Teresa, and Uvita, but the one where this lovely home is located is in Guanacaste. The Liberia International is the closest airport, at about 30 minutes away.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa has a master suite, second bedroom with en-suite bath, and a third bedroom and guest bath. The villa very comfortably accommodates 6 guests. Each bedroom has massive Costa Rican furnishings and luxury linens and bed coverings. Baths are all spacious and beautifully appointed.

You not only have your own unheated infinity pool, this luxuriously appointed villa comes complete with access to a double level, heated, infinity edge community pool complete with loungers. This home also has private garage parking for 1 vehicle.
With it gentle waves, Playa Hermosa is wonderful for swimming. Or stroll down the beach path, stopping along the way at the local bars and restaurants peppered throughout. No need for umbrellas – the beach is bordered by shade trees and sprinkled with park tables for a picnic lunch.

Beautiful home, the best part is the pool and view! It was great to be on the cliffs, and also 5 min walk down to the beach and ocean! So many restaurants along the beach, and even an entire monkey family in the wild if you wake up early to catch them! Backyard hangout was amazing, and the nice breeze felt great when weather was in the 90s. Great home with tons of amenities, could make breakfast and many meals at the house with grill and supplies.. worked out perfectly! Zindis was amazingly responsive and attended to any issues we found immediately! Would def recommend!

There are so many great things to say that I don’t know where to start. The hospitality and communication were fantastic! I worked with Javier, the Zindis concierge, and he was the most helpful host I’ve had. Ever. Great recommendations for local activities, he coordinated everything for booking transfers, set up an in-house chef, and worked with a local massage company to come to our Airbnb. The views are incredible – overlooks Playa Hermosa with an unobstructed view. I would say it is very walkable, but yes, the incline of the hill up to the property gets a bit steep. It is very true to the listing and maybe actually better in person. The patio was perfect. Great place to stay, loved the area, and would highly recommend!

Great condo in an amazing location. You have Hermosa Beach within walking distance (fun workout going back up the hill!) and plenty of restaurants and shops in nearby Coco. We enjoyed the amazing views and infinity pool everyday. There is a private garage if you are driving that is tricky but otherwise everything was fantastic. The condo has everything you would need and Zindis Group was great to work with.
