Neighborhood
Although its location makes Playa Hermosa feel somewhat isolated, the small but well-developed town offers many amenities. Playa Hermosa, which translates to Beautiful Beach, is located in northern Guanacaste Province. Keep in mind that Costa Rica has several beaches named Playa Hermosa, including near Jaco, Santa Teresa, and Uvita, but the one where this lovely home is located is in Guanacaste. The Liberia International is the closest airport, at about 30 minutes away.

Just a short walk to the beautiful beach in Playa Hermosa from this immaculately maintained duplex. This home is very private and has large outdoor space for enjoying time relaxing on your vacation. Beautifully furnished 2100 sq. ft. home, 3 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths with large walk-in closets and ensuite bathroom in all the bedrooms. 1 car attached/enclosed garage. A private plunge pool for cooling off and large outdoor area for enjoying your time outdoors in the tropical sun.
This home has a traditional architecture with a very open, spacious living and kitchen area with custom wood cabinets. The kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliance and granite countertops. All the luxuries of home and much more.
The spacious living space will be more than enough for your group. Your group will enjoy being close to all the amenities Playa Hermosa has to offer. In just minutes, you can walk everywhere you may want to go in town. Restaurants, bank machine, grocery shopping are only a short 5 minute walk. The Liberia International airport is only 20 minutes away.

Very nice home. A market just up the street and the beach close by made things easy. We didn’t stay in Playa Hermosa very much as we explored other beaches in the area.

This property was beautiful! Pool was amazing and house was well appointed to cook at home. Just know that it is run by a property manager so you have to check in during normal office hours at their office before you can enter the home.

“Zindis’ place was the perfect”

Zindis’ place was the perfect stay for NYE with the family. It’s conveniently located on Playa Hermosa’s main road, close to several restaurants and supermarkets. It’s also close to the beach, about a 5min drive. It was well equipped, clean and spacious. We traveled with our 5 month old baby and he loved the pool. Mariam, the property manager, was responsive and helpful. Would recommend this stay in Playa Hermosa!
