Neighborhood

Although its location may make the Blue Flag village of Playa Hermosa feel somewhat isolated, the small but well-developed town offers many amenities. Playa Hermosa, which translates to Beautiful Beach, is located in northern Guanacaste Province. Keep in mind that Costa Rica has several beaches named Playa Hermosa, including near Jaco, Santa Teresa, and Uvita, but the one where this lovely home is located is in Guanacaste. The Liberia International is the closest airport, at about 30 minutes away.

Space

Sol y Mar is the only condo development directly on the beach in beautiful Playa Hermosa. With beautiful architecture, manicured grounds and lush landscaping, it’s truly an oasis in the middle of paradise. There are only 12 units. Our unit is in the rear building on the first floor.

4C is a ground level condo with only easy steps away access to the pool and surf. Security and privacy are the best. With 3 patios, the large one with BBQ, and rose granite counter, stainless steel sink, 3 fans, and seating for 9. The outside entry is gated and one master suite has its own entrance with a fridge and coffeemaker. The main part of the condo has a gourmet kitchen, and all bathrooms have granite countertops, stainless, and great lighting. Four 55”-65” smart TVs are wall mounted in each bedroom and the gathering room. In addition to the extra long twin beds in the rear bedroom, there is a king with large attached bath, a full en-suite master (queen bed) with separate entry also with a large attached bath, and a queen futon as a 5th bed in the gathering room. Both gathering room sofas have 2 built in recliners to lie back and enjoy HBO or Netflix. Gathering room seats 10.
