This gorgeous condo has two bedrooms, two full baths and is on the most private 3rd floor with its gentle breezes. It overlooks the expansive Lazy River pool with all its immaculate tropical landscaping, Pina Shack grill, lap pool, and hot tub. Within the community, and a one-minute walk, are lighted sports courts that feature tennis, pickleball, a basketball court, and mini soccer field. As you step inside Casa KHĒ, you will be greeted by a spacious and modern fully furnished kitchen that includes all conveniences and accessories. It features spacious granite countertops, a large island with ample seating, and abundant storage space to include the washer/dryer closet. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats four, providing an ideal setting for meals or family gatherings. Additionally, there is a desk and chair ensemble that can serve as a work area and perfect for laptops and charging stations. The spacious living room boasts floor-to-ceiling windows that let in natural light and offer a stunning view of the lush surroundings. It features a plush sectional sofa and chair ensemble, perfect for lounging and relaxation. You can enjoy a flat-screen smart TV for your entertainment which has over nine thousand channels and access and to all the major streaming services. Casa KHĒ is equipped with high-speed internet. The sliding doors open onto your private, covered terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day of activities listening to the sounds of Costa Rica’s nature. The principal bedroom features a deluxe king bed, a large en-suite bathroom with two separate vanities, a large tiled shower, and a spacious walk-in closet. This bedroom also has large floor to ceiling patio doors which give direct access to the terrace. Just off the kitchen, there is a second full bathroom and guest bedroom with a large closet. It is furnished with two twin beds. The beds can be pushed together to make a King size bed. All linens, pillows, bath towels and pool towels are provided for you. PACIFICO offers several pools for your enjoyment. Your balcony view overlooks the classic Lazy River pool, which is the most popular area to enjoy the grounds. The pools include a lap lane, zero entry wading pools for the kids, and a 12-person hot tub for adults. There are lots of loungers and umbrellas for your use. Food and beverages are served poolside from the Pina Shack snack bar for your convenience. The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and offers infinity-edge, ocean view pools, multiple lounge areas, and poolside food & drink service. All guests in PACIFICO have access to this beautiful facility. There is no "fee" to use the PACIFICO Beach Club facilities, but there is a minimum spend of $25/pp/day on food/drink on the days they choose to use the PACIFICO Beach Club facilities. The PACIFICO offers a free 1.5-mile shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the PACIFICO Beach Club. Alternatively, you can use the PACIFICO Beach Club restaurant which is open to the public. It offers excellent food and drinks and is a wonderful spot to watch the sunset! Surrounding the PACIFICO community and just a two-minute walk from the condo are the PACIFICO shops and the Retail Village. These shops have a very modern supermarket (western style), drug store, bank/ATM, work out gym, restaurants, spa, souvenirs, and coffee shop. For professional working and digital nomads, there is also a new complex offering a co-working site for reasonable rates that has office services, private rooms, and conference call facilities. Playas del Coco was a small fishing village and has turned into a perfect tourist destination in the last decade. While not a surfing destination itself, the lagoon type beach makes it an ideal spot for enjoying the calm waters and the horseshoe shaped beach. The town of Coco has numerous muti-cultural restaurants, bars, shops, rental, excursion services, casino, and spa/personal care operations. It is perfectly situated between the Papagayo Peninsula to the north and the surf town of Tamarindo to the south. In particular, golfing, paddleboarding, snorkeling, diving, deep sea fishing, eco-trips, and catamaran trips are immensely popular. You are in the perfect location. If you do not want to rent a car, PACIFICO is just a 30-minute taxi ride away from Liberia airport. There are several golf cart and e-bike rental companies in Coco as well. Casa KHĒ within the PACIFICO gated community offers all the comforts you need for a great vacation: 24/7 security, multiple swimming pools with food and beverage service, hiking trails, immaculate grounds and walking distance to all entertainment, beaches, and services you might need. Note: Upon the development of the community of PACIFICO, there are some houses under construction in the community, but this condo is located away from this construction area and will not create any disturbance.
